Our company couldn’t possibly function in such a diversified and creative field without people who were both talented and passionate about what they do. We don’t work 9-5 and we don’t work in pyjamas and play golf in the office. We think we’ve managed to find a balance somewhere between the two that makes for a happy, stressfree environment that is supportive of our staff and still allows us to meet timelines and budgets with all our clients. terri dentry: director Terri worked with some of Australia’s most successful businesses prior to launching thinkRED in 2003 and partnering in the launch of Sage Melbourne in 2005. It is her rare blend of research, systems thinking, creativity and technical knowledge that gives Terri unparalleled insight into project management, marketing, and design needs. She is an accomplished presenter and trainer of software systems, and maintains a proactive approach in problem solving. Terri has a passion for short film, and a penchant for animation, and attends a number of international film festivals each year as a producer and writer.

frank chen (xin chen): snr programmer Frank joined our team in end 2007. he graduated from uni two years ago majoring in Software Engineering. He's responsible for the analysis of our projects and he currently manages our web servers. His practical skills in web design and development bring consistent quality to web sites projects that he manages. He has lots of developing experience with PHP and J2EE.
